hatha yoga. This class is dedicated to unlocking the full energetic potential of asana weaving profound
principles of alignment and Tantric philosophy.

yin meditation
warm | ideal for beginners, all levels
An artful balance of movement and stillness, this practice begins slow, deliberate focus on lengthening the body's deep connective tissue. Postures are held for several minutes to encourage release. Teachers may include chanting and nada yoga (sound vibration) techniques to aid in stilling the mind and cultivating balance and equanimity.

A great class for anyone with tight, stiff hips, especially athletes.
Unlocking the potential of the hips & pelvis will free you of lower
back pain, and the common issues often associated with limited
mobility of the largest joints in the body. This class will move and

bhakti shakti TGIF!: new friday night destination...
hot | ideal for beginners & all levels
In Sansrkrit Bhakti (hearts devotion) Shakti (divine energy) TGIF means... !!! This class is a meeting of three great rivers, yoga, music, and dance, which come from and are united at the source. End abusy week in a celebration with yoga, dance and chants set to rock, pop, and Indian devotional music. This exploration of free-form, breath driven movement is suitable for all levels. « back to class list
shakti-pod groove!
warm | intermediate NOT for 1st timers
Join us on the 2nd Sunday of every month, for this 2 hour intermediate journey mixes the pulse raising modern groove of sweet custom created play lists made
especially for this class. It moves vinyasa style so you remain deep
in the flow and shakti (energy) of the heart. Moving at a faster rate,
it seldom breaks for workshops, so a regular steady practice is
preferable but not mandatory. Note: Drop-ins for this class are $25.00. This 2 hr session is not covered w/ regular passes (similar to workshops) « back to class list
prenatal
NOT heated | 4 week sessions
Regardless of experience come nourish yourself & feel inspired through a community of pregnant women. Stretch, strengthen, relax & focus on breath. Please call for session dates. These classes are pro-rated for earlier due dates.

kids yoga | 4 week sessions
The creative fun of yoga like never before! Children will explore yoga through games, drama, music, storytelling and earth care; all blended seamlessly with kid-friendly yoga movement. In addition to being nonstop fun, aspiring yogis will challenge their creativity, stretch their muscles and improve their balance and coordination. This imaginative and entertaining approach to yoga speaks the language of kids while promoting the fundamentals of yoga; inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one's self, inside and out.

Yogapod offers a reduced rate for an all level practice either Hot, Anusara Inspired or Power Flow on Friday evenings at 6 pm open to everyone for only a $5 drop in. Profits go to local charities.
