hatha yoga. This class is dedicated to unlocking the full energetic potential of asana weaving profound
principles of alignment and Tantric philosophy.

yin meditation
warm | ideal for beginners, all levels
An artful balance of movement and stillness, this practice begins slow, deliberate focus on lengthening the body's deep connective tissue. Postures are held for several minutes to encourage release. Teachers may include chanting and nada yoga (sound vibration) techniques to aid in stilling the mind and cultivating balance and equanimity.

The beginning of this class honours the heat of the room moving vinyasa (flowing) style to begin, but as the room cools, it slows towards relaxation and more contemplative poses. It's an amzing way to honour the cycle of a busy day, to sycronize towards slowing down in the evening and aiding in a really restful sleep. « back to class list

A great class for anyone with tight, stiff hips, especially athletes.
Unlocking the potential of the hips & pelvis will free you of lower
back pain, and the common issues often associated with limited
mobility of the largest joints in the body. This class will move and
help to move you!

vinyasa community class: $5.00 Drop-in warm | ideal for beginners & all levels
Yogapod offers a reduced rate for this all level practice. This is 60 minute Core Essentials all levels class taught Saturday afternoons at 12 pm. Open to everyone for just a $5 drop in. As profits go to local charities, we ask that you pay the drop in cost in support of local community regardless of your current pass. Note, this class will often showcase new and upcoming teachers invited by the 'Pod. « back to class list
