progression*sessions
These are 4, 6, + 8 week courses focusing on specific subjects which will be announced 1 month prior to start date. Pre-registration is required to assure your space in class, and there will be a minimum amount of 12 students that are necessary to make a session fly.
Beginning in April, cover the basics with Clara Roberts-Oss in Beginner Spirit Beginner Mind; start your running season limber and strong
with Cindy Mac Donald in Runners' Yoga; and move into a deep understanding of the mechanics of the lower body with Todd Inouye in Tragically Hips.
progression*sessions questions and answers
I have a regular pass (a monthly, yearly pass or for drop-ins)...
Can these apply for progression*sessions?
Yes... and No. Time sensitive monthly & yearly passes count, however
if your pass expires part way through session, you'll have to pay for
the additional classes at a pro-rated amount.
I'm going to miss a couple of classes (for whatever reason)
can I carry them over to the next session?
Classes do NOT carry over into the next session and are
non-transferable, however you can do a make-up class in any of our
regular drop-in classes up until the last day of the session. After
that any classes left over are void. If you miss a class for whatever
reason, it is your responsibility to get the missed information from
your teacher so that you do not hinder the progressive process and
hold others back.
