Now in its 6th popular session! The dynamic Runners' Yoga system of postures will first heat your
muscles,then gradually open and expand your musculoskeletal system,
bringing back flexibility and elasticity to the muscles and opening
tight, compressed joints. Each Runners' Yoga class will focus
specifically on the areas of the body most affected by running. The
instructor will give expert advice for both running and yoga to help
students avoid the common problems that afflict runners in training.
