When you can’t come to the studio, we bring the studio to you!

We are now LIVE streaming yoga, fit & barre classes each week via ZOOM so you can transform your body, elevate your mind, and open your heart from the comfort of your home. Come interact with your favorite yoga teachers and connect with our vibrant yoga community!

Current members and class pack holders are able to access all video classes at no charge. New members may take advantage of our special 30 for $30 offer. This offer allows you to do video yoga for 30 consecutive days and then join us in the studio for another 30 days!

Best Practices for Doing Yoga At Home

Create a comfortable space for your practice.
Adding an inspirational poster, plant, candle, or any other decoration can transform your bedroom or living room into your own meditation chamber.

Prepare your yoga essentials
Mat, water bottle, towel, blocks, straps, etc.

Throw on some comfortable clothes to move in.
It will make a huge difference mentally to change from pajamas to your regular yoga gear. Go for the good leggings!

Prop your screen up in a place where you’ll be able to see it easily to follow along.

I signed up for a class but did not receive the link
Don’t worry! We will email you the zoom link 15-30 minutes before class from info.austin@yogapod.com. At that time, if you don’t see an email from us, please check your spam/junk folder! While you wait, be sure to download ZOOM (http://www.zoom.us/download) on the device you will be streaming class from.

I missed the registration download and signed up less than 30 minutes before class. How can I receive the link to join?
We send the Zoom links out manually to students who are registered. Give us a few minutes and we will send it to you, too. If you don’t see an email from us after 5-10 minutes, give us a call at (512) 856-4486 and we can give you the code over the phone.
