Our Studio Experience

Heated Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Fitness. With options for beginner yogis to advanced practitioners, our classes are designed to improve your skill sets and challenge you along the way. We want our students to achieve a greater sense of presence or the “flow state”. Through our Philosophy and Science our students will reduce stress, build strength, and increase flexibility.

Through breath, strength, and sweat, you will achieve the yoga experience you have been searching for. We offer podBASICS to build intentional foundation, podFLOW 1 to progress on your vinyasa path, and podFLOW 2 to increase challenge. Our podHOT class is guaranteed to deliver a detoxifying sweat and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. podFIT, taught to the beat and focused on strength, cardiovascular health and endurance training will set you up for success in your continued practice. Yin yoga is a lovely way to unwind your mind and melt away the stress from your days. We are passionate about growing the yoga community in Dallas, and we can’t wait to welcome you to your mat!

At Yoga Pod, we commit to help you build your physical skills, challenge your limits, and achieve a greater sense of presence. We root our philosophy in our mission, vision, values, and intention. We offer a physically challenging, yet sustainable, practice and utilize the science of flow states to achieve heightened levels of focus and attention.

All Yoga Pod classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and will guide you to a greater state of health, well-being, and connection. Each class will help you increase your body awareness, flexibility, and strength, while you also decrease stress and provide a platform for personal growth.

Yoga Pod Dallas,

is located in downtown Dallas. Our luxury studio is in the heart of Victory Park approximately three blocks south of American Airlines Center between Olivella’s Neo Pizza, Medina Oven & Bar, and BuzzBrews Kitchen-Victory Park in the retail section of The Terrace Building. The studio has fabulous turquoise awnings and is directly across from the gorgeous park and fountains.

Free two hour parking is available in the immediate area (see parking map). All side street parking — if 2 hours — is also FREE. We recommend you park for FREE in the parking lot located at Continental Avenue and Victory Avenue by accessing the lot on the Continental Avenue side as spots are reserved in this lot even if an event is taking place at American Airlines Center.

We offer numerous types of yoga, fitness, barre, and now Zumba classes for all levels. Each class (except Zumba) utilizes a yoga mat. Most students bring their own mat; however, if you need a mat you can always rent one at the studio for $2 (members $1).


Ideal for: Beginner Yogis
This class was designed for beginner yoga students or anyone who wants to strengthen the foundation of their yoga practice. A slower sequence with more demonstrations and verbal cues from the teacher, podBASICS will give you the confidence, strength, and flexibility you need to grow your yoga practice.

Tip for podBASICS: If you don’t have your own mat, don’t sweat it. A mat is required and most people bring their own though the studio has them for rent for $2 for non-members and $1 for members. If you want to purchase a mat of your own, we also carry popular mat brands in our studio store.

podFLOW 1

Ideal for: All Yogis
As a vinyasa class, where we link one breath to one movement, our podFLOW 1 classes encourage you to breathe, move mindfully, and gain greater body awareness. We focus on proper alignment and safety as we move through Sun Salutations and a flow set to music. All levels are welcome in this yoga class type!

Tip for podFLOW 1: If you can, arrive to the studio about 15 minutes early so you can sign up, visit the locker room, and set up your mat without needing to rush. A mat is needed for this class and are available to rent, $2 for non-members and $1 for members. Plus, this gives you time to breathe and unwind from your day in the yoga studio before class begins.

podFLOW 2

Ideal for: Intermediate and Advanced Yogis
If you are ready to challenge your balance, strength, and focus, then podFLOW 2 is the class for you. While this yoga class typically includes more dynamic and faster-paced sequences, it still emphasizes alignment and safety. Set to music and inspired by our awesome yoga teachers, podFLOW 2 classes are always unique and upbeat.

Tip for podFLOW 2: Give your teacher feedback after class! If a sequence felt great or if you had a question about how something felt in your body, connect with your yoga teacher after class and let them know. We are always looking to improve our yoga classes, and student feedback is invaluable to this. A mat is required for this class and can be rented or purchased in the studio store.


Ideal for: All Yogis
True to traditional Bikram yoga (or hot yoga, as we typically know it), our podHOT classes move through a set standing and floor series. Practicing in a yoga studio set to 105 degrees and 60 percent humidity, you’ll want to make sure you come hydrated. All levels are welcome at this tremendously detoxifying and revitalizing yoga class.

Tip for podHOT: Water. Water. Water. We can’t say it enough. Be sure to hydrate both before and after class, so you can maximize the purifying effects of hot yoga and be able to participate throughout the entire yoga class. Also, you should consider purchasing a non-stick mat or special yoga towel so that you do not need to worry about slipping on your mat. If you need to purchase a mat, we carry quality mats in our yoga studio store. Mats are also available to rent in-studio.


Ideal for: All Yogis
YIN classes are a much more relaxed and cool type of yoga class. Whereas our podFLOW and HOT classes include dynamic sequences and movement, our YIN yoga classes encourage relaxation as we stretch your body’s fascia, or connective tissue. If you’re sore, tired, or want to preempt injury, take a YIN yoga class!

Tip for YIN classes: YIN classes are not traditionally heated, so consider bringing an extra layer in case you get cold. We provide blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks for your comfort, but you might want to consider this extra layer so you are not too cold while you stretch. If you forget your yoga mat, we do offer rentals at $2 for non-members and $1 for members.


Ideal for: All Yogis
If you want an intense workout, podBARRE is the yoga class type for you. During podBARRE classes, we focus on sculpting, lengthening, and creating lean muscle groups, especially focusing on the core, arms, and thighs. Try out this high-energy and powerful workout today to build strength for your yoga practice.

Tip for podBARRE: Keep an open mind during this class, as it definitely isn’t your traditional vinyasa flow yoga class. Be prepared to sweat, work out, and wake up sore the next day. A mat is needed for this class; they are available to rent for just $2 for non-members and $1 for members.



Ideal for: All Fitness Gurus
podFIT is your full-body fitness practice. Get ready for an active, full-body warm-up designed to engage your entire body. Expect resistance training, body weight movements, and cardio exercises to accelerate change, build strength, and increase core stability. The fitness class finishes with gentle stretching and a light cool down. This fun and vibrant class is taught to the beat of high-energy music designed to provide balance to your yoga practice.

Tip for podFIT: A mat is needed for this class. If you forget to bring a mat, mats are available to rent inside the yoga studio, just $2 for non-members and $1 for members. We also carry a selection of quality yoga mats available for purchase inside our yoga studio store.


Ideal for: All Yogis
This is a great yoga class for beginners, more seasoned practitioners, seniors, those with limited mobility due to injury, prenatal/postnatal, and anyone seeking greater ease, flexibility, and concentration in their daily activities.

Tip for podGENTLE: A mat is required for this yoga class and are available for rent at $2 for non-members and $1 for members.


Kickbox Cardio

Ideal for: Everyone!

Kickbox Cardio is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone building stamina, improving coordination and flexibility, and burning calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. All genders are welcome!

Our Kickbox Cardio class is a power-pumped class taught to the beat of high-energy music designed to provide balance to your fitness and yoga practice.

Tip for Kickbox Cardio: A mat is required for the class. Shower towels & mats available to rent if needed and water available for purchase. No heat or humidity added.


Ideal for: All Yogis
Sweat, Heat, and Beatz is a yoga class set to decidedly un-yogic music. Anything goes in this yoga class playlist. We flow hard, pump the beats, and have fun! If you thought yoga was not for you, this class will prove you wrong. Come in to our Dallas yoga studio and practice according to your own skill level. Rock those more challenging poses, or just kick back, modify, and enjoy the flow of your practice. We pump the heat and the music and scale back on the cues. Make Sweat, Heat, & Beatz your new Happy Hour!

Tip for Sweat, Heat and Beatz: Water is a must for this class, get a head start by coming to class well-hydrated. A mat is also necessary, but don’t sweat it if you forget it — mats are available to rent in the yoga studio! Mat rentals are $2 for non-members and $1 for members.



Ideal for: All Yogis
This signature Yoga Pod Dallas class blends elements of podHOT and podFLOW vinyasa yoga classes. Accompanied by music, HOTVIN is an intelligent sequence of postures designed to build slowly, open the body safely, and strengthen from head to toe.

Tip for HOTVIN: As with all of our heated yoga classes, make sure to bring a water bottle and come to class well-hydrated. Mats are also necessary and can be rented at the yoga studio. Mat rentals are just $2 for non-members and $1 for members.
