May BASICS Workshop – I’m Going To Touch My Toes

 In Yoga For Beginners

We often hear folks say, “I can’t even touch my toes. How can I do yoga?”

Yoga isn’t about being able to touch your toes…it’s about the journey along the way!

Our May workshop is great for anyone new or returning to the mat as a gentle introduction of what to expect in yoga classes by beginning with the basics:

  • Defining “flow”
  • Working through forward folds
  • Explaining hip openers
  • Alignment in twists
  • How to appreciate backbends postures

We know walking through the door can be the hardest part for new folks, so relax, bring a mat, bring some water, maybe even a hand towel and let us guide you through the process in a judgement-free zone.

Cost: Members FREE/Non-Members $10
