About Our Studio

Yoga Pod Denver West is conveniently situated right off of West Colfax Ave, near I-70, in Golden. It’s quite convenient for commuters!

We offer yoga classes Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., Friday from 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Our certified Yoga Pod instructors aim to deepen your knowledge of yoga and its effects on your body, improving confidence and self-awareness, and cultivate the inner peace that we all seek while practicing yoga.

Our Yoga Classes

At Yoga Pod Denver West, we believe in offering a little something for everyone. That’s why we have a number of different classes from which to choose, including:

  • podBASICS: In podBASICS, you will learn all about the fundamentals of your yoga practice, how to connect your breath to your movements, and how to better understand the world of yoga.
  • podFLOW 1 & 2: Slightly more up-tempo, the podFLOW courses energize your mind and body through a series of poses and flows designed to improve flexibility, strength, and confidence.
  • YIN: These classes aim to improve joint mobility and flexibility through a myriad of postures and poses which put moderate emphasis on the tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissues in our bodies.
  • podHOT: One of our most popular classes, potHOT turns up the heat in a way that you will absolutely love. Practicing in a room set to 105 degrees with 60 percent humidity, you will learn to breathe while you sweat, move while you cleanse, and build strength, balance, and flexibility all the while.
  • podFIT: Looking for more out of your yoga studio? Yoga Pod Denver West is the answer. Our podFIT classes use resistance training, body weight, and cardio exercises to build strength, increase core stability, and improve fitness overall. Be ready for a workout!
