Arrival, Late & Cancellation Policies:

• Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to class. If you do not show up by class start time, your spot may be given to a standby student per our waitlist policy.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• If you do not cancel more than 8 hours prior to class start, or if you no-show for a pre-registered class, you will be charged $10.
• We strive to create an environment where as many students can practice as possible. This policy creates personal accountability and cultivates discipline.
• Download our Yoga Pod app to make class registration and cancellation as easy as possible.

Late Policy:

• Students may not enter a class more than five minutes after the start time.
• Pre-registered students may enter class up to five minutes late if mat space is still available.
• Pre-registered students are not guaranteed a spot in class if they arrive after the start time.
• Pre-registered students that arrive more than five minutes after start time are subject to the $10 cancellation fee.
• Pre-registered students that do not come to a scheduled class and do not cancel ahead of class time are subject to a $20 No-Show fee.

Waitlist Policy:

• Space permitting, waitlisted students will be allowed to enter class at the start time up to 5 minutes after.
• Tell our front desk staff if you would like to opt-in to waitlist text notifications. Otherwise, waitlist release notifications will be sent through email.
• Set your MINDBODY account profile up to receive text & email notifications.
