Melony first discovered yoga 10 years ago when she stepped into her first yoga class our of curiosity for the practice. Knowing nothing at all about yoga, she discovered that the calming release she felt while practicing yoga was a much needed break from high intensity workouts she was used to. Yoga instantly became a weekly practice for her to help counter balance the cardio and strength training she was already doing. After visiting Yoga Pod in Boulder, Melony realized that this type of studio was exactly what The Woodlands area needed and she was determined to bring it home! We welcome those brand new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners. The yoga community that is building here in The Woodlands is one of a kind and we hope you will come in soon to experience our hometown yoga community and positive vibe.
