Upon completion of the course, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of your own personal yoga practice. You will also gain the tools necessary to teach a safe and powerful vinyasa flow yoga class. The training qualifies you for Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour registration.

Samantha started her yoga career after working as a musical theatre professional in 2011 in Chicago where she gained invaluable experience in teaching, facilitation, and management at Corepower Yoga. Since then, she has led numerous Teacher Training programs, Boot Camp and Wellness programs, and worked in studio operations of 3 yoga studios in the Chicago and Boulder regions. In addition to teaching yoga, Samantha is also a Certified Professional Life and Development Coach, Kirtan leader, and currently getting certified as a Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Samantha is trained in formats such as PodFlow, PodFIT, PodHOT, and Yin. Enjoy a thematic approach to her classes providing an intentional and challenging physical practice balanced with the spiritual and emotional benefits that yoga has to offer.
Lisa is a teacher at heart having taught high school Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students for 12 years. She began teaching yoga in 2014 and believes that yoga has transformational power beyond the mat. Lisa teaches weekly classes at Corepower Yoga, is the co-owner of Deaf Yoga Rocks, which brings together the Deaf, Hard-of Hearing and Hearing communities through the practice of yoga and is the co-owner of Wild Souls Yoga, which offers inspiring women’s workshops and retreats. It is her goal to encourage people of all ages to continue to dream big, be fearless and love beyond imagination.
Jenny White is a yoga teacher, DJ, wife, mama to Kai & her fur babies. She has LOVED movement for as long as she can remember and has been practicing and teaching movement through dance and yoga for nearly 30 years. Jenny combines her advanced education in hot yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, aerial yoga, pranayama, classical ballet and modern dance into her yoga teachings.
She loves to see the impact that a yoga practice has on her students live and is continuously reminded that she learns the most as a yoga student – through her own students. Jenny is currently studying massage therapy in order to expand her yoga teachings and self care practice, Moon Rise Self Care. She loves to travel to the beach with her family as often as possible and practice yoga alongside the waves through her beach yoga brand, The Kai Life.
