You will learn from knowledgeable teachers and gain invaluable perspective on the modern and classical worlds of yoga. Upon completion of the course, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of your own personal yoga practice. You will also gain the tools necessary to teach a safe and powerful vinyasa flow yoga class. The training qualifies you for Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour registration.
Enrollment is currently open for our next class starting September 14th and graduating November 24th! Not sure if you can fit it all in? We’ve designed this course to be more flexible for working adults with classes meeting on the following schedule:
Wednesdays 5:30pm-9pm
Saturdays 8:30am-6:30pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
select Sundays 8:30am-6:30pm (first and last weekend only)


Meet Your Team!



Keira Cristobal

Keira has a love for all things connected to body-mind health and well-being. She completed her first yoga teacher training in 2006, and has been on a continual path to improve her ability to serve others in a similar capacity, ever since.
She began her practice for physical reasons and was quickly hooked for the positive ways it impacted her mental and emotional well-being. She is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), under the International Association of Yoga Therapists; she received her 300 hour yoga therapy training through Integrative Yoga Therapy, at Kripalu, in MA, her 200 hour Hatha teacher training through the Yoga Pod, in Boulder, CO, and began her yoga journey with traditional Hot, or Bikram yoga teacher training, in Los Angeles, CA. Additionally, she holds special certificates in Kids Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
Keira is also a Registered Dance-Movement Therapist (R-DMT), and Registered Psychotherapist; she holds a dual masters degree in Body Psychotherapy and Dance-Movement Therapy from Naropa University, and has a private practice in Broomfield, CO, where she specializes in work with children and teens. She certified as a Massage Therapist in 2008, and understands the healing power of touch.
Keira believes there is an incredible amount of untapped wisdom in the body, just waiting to be explored! Through breath, increased awareness of self, movement, asana, and our ability to be kind and gentle with ourselves, she believes we hold our own power to increase our level of overall contentment and bliss. She has had the privilege of teaching in various places around the world, and looks forward to meeting you on your mat!


Elyse Leren 

Elyse’s journey of love really blossomed the day she stepped on her mat 7 years ago. Feeling lost, as most early twenty-somethings do, yoga was the one thing that brought intention to her life. A weekly class changed her direction so drastically, she needed to further her yogic growth so after moving to Boulder, she studied under Shannon Paige and graduated with 200 RYT and Anjali Restorative certifications. Always looking for more knowledge, she started her 300hr training with Amy Ipolitti in 2018. Inspired by the world around her, she brings a sense of empowerment and love to each class. By using breath, meditation and music, she hopes to keep each class light with a taste of power. Her goal is to learn, along with her students, how to greet life with open arms and find love and light in everything. She hopes each yogi leaves class refreshed and ready to take on the world!


Lisa Reeder

Lisa is a teacher at heart having taught high school Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students for 12 years. She began teaching yoga in 2014 and believes that yoga has transformational power beyond the mat. Lisa teaches weekly classes at Corepower Yoga, is the co-owner of Deaf Yoga Rocks, which brings together the Deaf, Hard-of Hearing and Hearing communities through the practice of yoga and is the co-owner of Wild Souls Yoga, which offers inspiring women’s workshops and retreats. Lisa is excited to join the YogaPod team and to share the incredible path of yoga with everyone she meets. It is her goal to encourage people of all ages to continue to dream big, be fearless and love beyond imagination.
