Our comprehensive approach combines traditional yoga with strength-building exercises to help you consistently advance your yoga practice. No matter which style you prefer, you’ll get what you need when you arrive at your mat.

 
  • podFLOW 1

    Ideal for: All Yogis

    Embody the true spirit of breath-synchronized movement set to music in podFLOW 1. Begin with warming up through Sun Salutations and progress through sequences that build strength and flexibility. All classes focus on proper alignment and safety, with added challenges from our podBASICS series. Classes are taught at room temperature with no added heat or humidity.

  • podFLOW 2

    Ideal for: Intermediate and Advanced Yogis

    podFLOW 2 classes are dynamic and accessible, set to music, and offer more challenging postures, physicality, and variations. Teachers bring their own creative elements for diverse and inspiring classes. Expect intelligent sequencing progressions, a physically challenging practice, and an opportunity to melt away the stress from your day.

    We offer both heated 🔥 and unheated options for podFLOW 2 classes. podFLOW heated classes are labeled as ‘heated’ in the class title and are set to 95-98 degrees with 50% humidity.

  • podHOT

    Ideal for: All Yogis

    podHOT utilizes a set sequence of postures practiced in a room set to 105 degrees and 60% humidity. The class is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility in the body, and produce a detoxifying sweat. Class includes breathing exercises, a standing series, and a floor series. Hot yoga is set to music and is suitable for all levels. Come well hydrated and bring a towel and change of clothes.

  • podHOT 95°

    Ideal for: All Yogis

    podHOT 95° is our same, great podHOT sequence practiced in a room set to 95 degrees and 60% humidity.

    podHOT 95° utilizes a set sequence of postures to build strength, create balance and flexibility in the body, and produce a detoxifying sweat. Class includes breathing exercises, a standing series, and a floor series. The 60 or 75 minute classes are set to music and are suitable for beginner and advanced students alike. podHOT 95 is a great option for students who are curious about Hot yoga and would like to experience the sequence at a lower temperature.

    We recommend bringing a towel and water bottle with you to class. Please come to class well hydrated.

  • Rocket Yoga 🚀

    Ideal for: All Yogis

    Rocket Yoga is a playful and inspiring hybrid format which draws upon the traditional series of Ashtanga Yoga. This class offers effective pathways to grow your practice through balanced strength and mobility, as well as creates a technical foundation for safe and empowered inversions (handstand, headstand, forearm stand and arm balances). You will experience creative variations and transitions in a layered approach to access what suits your ever expanding edge.

    Rocket Yoga maintains connection to the deep roots of Ashtanga through "Tristana"(Breath, Bandha, and Drishti), while also weaving the art of modern Vinyasa within a wide spectrum of postures, innovative sequencing, and encouragement of individual expression. At the heart of this style is community, inclusivity and togetherness.

  • podFIT

    Ideal for: All Fitness Gurus

    podFIT is not a yoga class but a full body workout experience. Get ready for an active, full body warm-up designed to engage your entire body. Expect resistance training, body weight movements, and cardio exercises to accelerate change, build strength, and increase core stability. The class finishes with gentle stretching and a light cool down. This fun and vibrant class is taught to the beat of high-energy music designed to provide balance to your yoga practice.

  • Foundations

    Ideal for: All Yogis—especially those new to yoga

    Foundations is an ideal class for any level of experience. Each class is a well-rounded, but Beginner Friendly practice that occasionally slows down to focus on a different aspect of a yoga practice and to break it down in an experiential way. From Breath work and Bandhas, to how alignment and form give you stability and freedom, to building Pranic (energetic) awareness and sensitivity, this class will help you develop a deeply satisfying physical practice while learning to prevent injury and exhaustion. Whether it’s day 1 or 10,000 in your practice, there is something in this class for you.

  • Vin Yin

    Ideal for: All Yogis

    This class celebrates the benefits of both Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga in a theme centered practice. The class opens with a grounding posture and breath work, then eases into alignment centered Vinyasa Flow, and winds down with meditative Yin Yoga postures. Some experience with yoga is recommended prior to taking this class and is suitable for newer as well as seasoned practitioners who are interested in cultivating balance and well-being through both yang (dynamic asana) and yin (mindful stillness) techniques.

  • YIN

    Ideal for: All Yogis

    Yin yoga is an approachable, restorative class made of mostly floor poses. Yin yoga increases joint mobility and improves flexibility by applying moderate stress to the body’s connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and fascia). Expect to hold each posture passively for 2-5 minutes, supported with props and blankets provided in the studio. Yin classes are set to relaxing music and suitable for all levels. Rest, restore, and relax.

  • Restorative

    Ideal for: All Yogis

    Deeply relax and release tension residing in your mind and body with this replenishing and nourishing experience. Restorative yoga help us learn to rest deeply and completely. This slow, still practice focuses on long held, passive postures that are supported by a variety of props, allowing your body to relax, your mind to quiet and your nervous system to let go. This practice is safe for people with no yoga experience or on a healing journey and effective for experienced yogis and athletes as an addition to their physically active and challenging practice.

  • SWEAT.HEAT.BEATZ. 🔥

    Ideal for: All Yogis

    Sweat, Heat, and Beatz is a yoga class set to decidedly unyogic music: anything goes in this class playlist. We flow hard, pump the beats, and have fun! If you thought yoga was not for you, this class will prove you wrong. Come in and practice according to your own skill level. Rock those more challenging poses, or just kick back, modify and enjoy the flow of your practice. We pump the heat and the music and scale back on the cues. This class is heated to 95-98 degrees with 50% humidity.
